🛑 Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them — provided that 3D printing or production has not yet started.
Once the printing or customization process begins, the order cannot be cancelled.
To cancel your order, please email us at support@printscraft.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
If your cancellation request is approved before production starts, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable for orders that meet our Return Policy conditions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Refunds are available only for products purchased directly through www.printscraft.com.
Note: Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
📦 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation, at no additional cost.
