At PrintsCraft, every order is handled with care and precision. Since all our products are 3D printed and handcrafted, the production and delivery process may take a little time — but we promise it’s worth the wait!
📦 Order Processing Time
All standard 3D printed products are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Custom or personalized products may take 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking number and courier details.

Currently, we ship within India only. However, international shipping options will be available soon. If you’re outside India and interested in our products, please contact us at support@printscraft.com — we’ll do our best to assist you.

After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your shipment in real time until it reaches your doorstep.
If your tracking status hasn’t updated for more than 3 business days, contact us and we’ll check with the courier partner.
❗ Delayed or Lost Shipments
We work with trusted delivery partners, but if your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, we’ll help you resolve it quickly. In such cases, please email us at support@printscraft.com with your order number and tracking ID.
